Dr. Angela Jepkemboi Sawe is a Kiswahili literature writer who has authored articles and short stories. Her works have been published in various journals, including Mwanga wa Lugha and Kioo cha Lugha.

She also serves as the Editor-in-Chief at Editon Consortium Publishers. Angela has contributed short stories to the anthology Taswira ya Maisha na Hadithi Nyingine, which features the biography of the renowned writer Timothy Omusikoyo Sumba. She has also written plays, Michezo ya Maisha and Mafiga. In addition, she has written Imani na Tomi na Hadithi Nyingine for Grade 2, a book that aligns with Curriculum Based Education (CBE).

She obtained her Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees from Moi University. She taught at several secondary schools before becoming a lecturer at Kabarak University and later at the University of Eldoret.
